Available is my guest bedroom with private hallway bathroom with shower/tub. My bedroom and bathroom are down the hall, so you get this "wing" of the house to yourself. I have two friendly cats and a 2 y/o Australian Cattle Dog mix. The house is located 1 mile south of Rittenhouse. Public transportation, free street parking, and rideshares are all accessible here. Across the street is Wharton Square Park. This is my home and sanctuary where I love to welcome guests in to share with them! I love to cook, so there are plenty of pots/pans/and all the spices you may need to make your meals. Living room, kitchen, backyard, washer/dryer in basement. 1.5 bathrooms. I live in the house with my boyfriend. We are in the bedroom down the hall and available if needed. Across the street from Wharton Square park/playground with tennis courts. Residential neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Quick bus ride/short walk to Fitler Square, Rittenhouse, and Center City. Septa bus 7 and 17 run north-south and will take you into Center City/Rittenhouse. Septa bus 64 runs east/west. Free street parking available. Rarity in Philadelphia!!! My cats are very friendly! One is outgoing, one is shy. I have a very friendly dog. They have free range of the house, but are cats are indoor only. You're welcome to let them in the bedroom, but be aware the cats may hide under the bed, so I would suggest having the bedroom door closed if you don't want any surprise kitty cats playing under the bed! I have a 2 y/o dog who is super friendly and loves to play.
